We got a great big convoy!
Here are my 15mm Rebel Minis humans, finally finished and pictured next to the zombie hunting vehicles to show scale....hmm, maybe I'll actually get to play with these soon. (NOTE: The blurry human in the background of the top picture is the mysterious Doctor Merkury, though he'd never admit it. Also he brought me a copy of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" in honor of the fallen idol, though he will never admit that either)

It's actually just computer ribbon wire. If you have any old computers lying around you probably have a few feet of it hidden inside there. Otherwise it's like a $1 a foot at a bunch of online places.

ReplyDeleteHow do you prep the cable. Is that just the plastic insulation or the whole cable, or what?

I just cut up pieces of the cable into different sizes. It's pretty simple. The wires are all still in there, but hidden by the paint. There's not really any other work involved.
